What started out as a passion project quickly started to take shape once I figured out their core difference. Most meditation apps focus on the end goal – mindfulness and health.

What if we focused on the individual instead?

Timeout is not a run-of-the-mill meditation app. The idea was to build an application that could help overwhelmed individuals focus on themselves even during their never-ending hectic schedules. With recommendations based on your mood and goals, Timeout revolves around the individual.

And that paved the way for a direct and relatable core message.

Falling under the “caregiver” archetype, their vision is to empower individuals worldwide to prioritize their well-being, create healthy habits, and live their best lives.

After all, no matter how chaotic or busy our lives are, everyone needs a break!
